Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Thank you for honoring both your time and mine. This policy helps ensure I can provide the highest level of care and availability to all clients.

Appointments

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please arrive on time to receive the full benefit of your session.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Appointments rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice may be moved to another available time at no additional charge.

Cancellations

Cancellations made with 24 hours or more notice will receive a full refund or may be applied toward a future session.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable and will be charged the full session fee.

No-Shows

Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged the full session fee. Package clients will forfeit one session from their package.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect the appointments of other clients. The full session fee will still apply.

Packages

Package sessions are non-refundable once the first session has been completed. Any unused sessions may be transferred to another service of equal value or used within the package validity period.

Emergency Exceptions

I understand that unexpected emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at my discretion.
